5. In order to improve the quality of online services provided to users, NetVarsity.com actively seeks, appreciates, & acts upon feedback received from its users about its online services. All feedbacks , references, & testimonials posted on the site are contributions by users and NetVarsity.com do not subscribe to these views. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using the Services, including without limitation your name, email address, street address, telephone number, credit card number is true and accurate. Failure to provide accurate information may subject you to civil and criminal penalties. You agree that any material, information, and ideas that you transmit to this Site save and accept some of the content of Coffee Shop / NIIT Zone - Alumni shall be and remain the property of NetVarsity.com.

14. The laws of the Republic of India shall govern this agreement. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Delhi, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of NetVarsity.com. Use of NetVarsity.com is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
15. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and NetVarsity.com as a result of this agreement or use of the NetVarsity.com site. Performance of this agreement by NetVarsity.com is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of the rights of NetVarsity.com to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of NetVarsity.com or information provided to or gathered by NetVarsity.com with respect to such use.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and NetVarsity.com with respect to the NetVarsity.com Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and NetVarsity.com with respect to the NetVarsity.com site. 1. A Registered User is a user of NetVarsity.com who has duly registered with NetVarsity.com. As a registered user, he may have also paid for the services provided at NetVarsity.com and, be thus a paid member of the site as well.
2. The registration to a site is complete when a user enters the site using the password emailed to him by NetVarsity.com. NetVarsity.com is not responsible for passwords not reaching the user on account of incorrect email-id or for any other reason.
3. NetVarsity.com recognizes a valid NetVarsity.com user only by his login-ID & password. As a registered user, you are requested not to share your login-ID and password with anyone. You are therefore also requested to safeguard your login-ID & password. You agree to keep your login -ID and password private & confidential and NetVarsity.com shall not be responsible for the misuse of the login-ID and password by any person. NetVarsity reserves the right to terminate the account if any of the details provided are found to be false. Or if it deems necessary.

Notwithstanding any thing contained in Clause A above NetVarsity.com assures to all the Registered Users that the information provided by them to us at registration & thereafter shall be treated as strictly confidential. NetVarsity.com will not make use of this information except to offer you customized learning services and improve our interactions with you. You may however receive select mail from time to time depending on your interest areas.
5. NetVarsity.com & its alliance partners have the right to communicate with the users, unless the user wishes otherwise.
6. NetVarsity.com has the right to constructively use, to further enhance our relationship with the Registered Users, all content provided by the user through chats, discussions, feedback, suggestions, etc.
7. NetVarsity.com reserves the right to stop access to any Registered User on account of inappropriate net behavior.
8. Only the Registered Users can make contribution to First Access. By submitting an article for publication in First Access or in any other section of NetVarsity.com, you, the author, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
• You certify that the content being contributed is your creation and that you own the copyright to this article. Further, you certify that you have not infringed on anybody else's copyright in the creation of this article.

These services, though not mandatory are still strongly recommended. These services are complimentary for users for a specific period of time during their visits at NetVarsity.com, after which some of these are paid services. The product catalog for paid services is accessible on the site from time to time.

1. A student of NetVarsity is one who has purchased any of the learning services of NetVarsity. All NIIT Students who are completing a part of their learning at NetVarsity are also deemed students of NetVarsity.
2. Registered Users, who have not purchased any of our learning services but are using our FREE online course and FREE Learning Suite are also deemed to be students of NetVarsity.
3. Netvarsity.com is not liable for any claims arising out of differences in pricing of NetVarsity.com course prices in different countries. NetVarsity.com reserves rights to price promotions and products differently for international customers based on the country of registration.
4. All dates and times are 0000 hrs IST of the said date.
5. NIIT Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw courses, change the prices and the duration without notice . However, in case a student is already accessing a course - then the original terms and conditions shall apply.
6. In case of any special promotions NIIT Ltd. reserves the right to revise the period of promotion and the promotional offerings without any prior notice. However, in case students are already accessing a product/service of NIIT Ltd. that is a part of the promotion then the original terms and conditions apply.
7. By registering as a Student of NetVarsity.com you represent and undertake that you:
• Have read and understood all the pre-requisites & requirements of the course as is mentioned/specified in Course Catalogue details.
• Installed the software as per specification provided in System Requirements in the Course Catalogue Details.
• Have the hardware as per specification provided in System Requirements in the Course Catalogue Details.
8. The # of hours or duration as specified in the course catalogue, except in the case of promotional packs which comprise more than one course, has been designed after validating the online course with a wide range of user profile. An individual user may take more or less depending on dynamic factors that control his individual learning style. Once you have purchased a course from NetVarsity, except in the case where you may purchase a promotional pack comprising of more than one course, you are granted a maximum learning time frame of 1 week for every 1 hour duration of course that you undertake with us. The duration is per the course catalog details & not as per the actual time that you may take to learn. On purchase of the promotional packs comprising more than one course, the date of purchase shall be taken as the date of activation of all courses a pack. The expiry date of all courses under the promotional packs shall be calculated from the date of purchase till the time duration mentioned in the Course Catalog e.g. if the Pack duration in the Catalog is 180 days, the course will be accessible for 180 days from date of course activation.
   
   
9. For an Online purchase (credit card) the date of purchase will be taken as the date of course activation. Incase of an Offline purchase (cheque/Demand Draft) The date of receiving payment will be taken as the date of course activation.
   
   
10. The information on the NetVarsity server as to the status of start of the course shall be deemed to be final. For every course, there is an expiry period after which you can no longer access the course material. You are expected to make a note of the expiry date & NetVarsity takes no responsibility whatsoever the course expiry date is over. The norms of service mentioned under a promotional plan supersede the general norms of service. The expiry date for a promotion supersedes the expiry date mentioned on any individual course.
    
    
11. At the end of Individual courses, a user may seek a course extension on payment of a pre-formulated nominal fee. NetVarsity.com reserves the right to withdraw, change pricing or duration with out any prior notice. NetVarsity.com reserves the right to restrict this option to certain individual courses.
    
    
12. NetVarsity.com retains all copyright for the courses offered on the site and grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the copyrighted course material. You should not disassemble, unpackaged, and distribute in any manner any part of the courses.
13. Upon satisfactory performance in all the modules and at the end of the course, the student of NetVarsity.com will be awarded an e-certificate of participation. As a student, you will be eligible for the e-certificate, once you complete the course or have submitted your feedback at course completion. The eligibility for the certificate of participation may get modified from time to time and it is your responsibility to keep updated with the same.
14. The fee once paid for the online courses shall not be refunded under any circumstances after you have commenced the course. You can seek refund only if you have not started a course subject to the refund request being registered within 7 calendar days (IST) of payment. The information available with our server will be deemed final in this regard. However, no refund is possible in case of purchase of the promotional packs that comprises more than one course.
15. A student of NetVarsity.com is expected to show continued & participative interest in the course that he has undertaken to do.
16. The student of NetVarsity.com undertakes to arrange for the infrastructure if any of the courses have Lab sessions. NetVarsity.com shall not be responsible for providing the infrastructure or any other facility that are provided at the NIIT Centers.
17. NetVarsity.com makes every effort to ensure that your Lab sessions are available to your at your convenience and you benefit from the same.
18. By accepting to undertake the courses at NetVarsity.com, you represent and warrant that you shall complete the course within the prescribed time limit or any extension specifically granted. After the end of the stipulated time, you cannot avail of any of the services offered to you as a student of the corresponding course.
19. Besides the learning component contained within the course, NetVarsity.com also offers to all its Students services like Practice Assignments, Career Counseling, Experts Answers, Tech Updates, which are aimed at enhancing the student's learning. These services, though not mandatory for any course at NetVarsity.com are still strongly recommended. These services are complimentary for users for a specific period of time . after which some of these are paid services. The product catalog for paid services is accessible on the site from time to time.

1. Coffee Shop is aimed at ensuring that the NetVarsity.com member can take a break while learning. Coffee Shop is built on member contribution. All articles and experiences are as sent to NetVarsity.com from the member. NetVarsity.com is not responsible for any errors- factual or otherwise in this content. NetVarsity.com accepts all articles in good faith and is not responsible for any copyright issues. All articles posted under Coffee Shop have no intentions of hurting any religious sentiments and is not intended to malign any individual or any company.
2. The users of the NetVarsity.com web site provide some of the contents of Coffee Shop. NetVarsity.com do not represents or claims that it has any copyright or other intellectual property rights on such content provided by the users of NetVarsity.com. NetVarsity.com shall not be responsible or liable for any copyright infringement caused due to publication of any content in the Coffee Shop. Only the content provider shall be responsible and liable for such copyright infringement. However, in case it is notified to NetVarsity.com it shall promptly remove all such materials appearing in the Coffee Shop which violates the copyright or other intellectual property right of any person.
3. As a user you can write for Coffee Shop. You will not simultaneously attempt to publish the article in any other forum, websites, journals and the like before express permission from NetVarsity.com provided further that if your article is not published within 90 days of your submission to NetVarsity, you may make such attempts thereafter.

1. The NetVarsity Rewards Program intends to give its registered and paid users Reward Points for, participating, and re-purchasing online courses at NetVarsity.com.
2. Netvarsity.com reserves the right to settle all disputes as well as to refuse to issue Reward Points or grant rewards or prizes to any NetVarsity Rewards Program Member.
3. The cutoff date for the accumulation of Reward Points pursuant to the above mentioned NetVarsity Rewards Program remains at the discretion of NetVarsity.com and may be imposed without prior notice to NetVarsity.com members.
4. NetVarsity Reward Points are personal to each member and are non-transferable.
5. Joining the NetVarsity Rewards program is optional. The user may opt for it anytime during or after registering . On opting in, the all user interactions are tracked and wherever applicable , points are awarded. Similarily the user may opt out anytime - in which case all points accumulated till then are reversed.
6. Members become eligible to join the Members Rewards Program when they make their first purchase of a NetVarsity Learning Product / Service. Joining the Rewards program is optional anytime after they become eligible.
7. For any member to remain eligible, the member should have purchased at least 1 NetVarsity course in a year or opt for a subscription service.
8. Expiry of Reward Points - Every Quarter the unspent Balance rewards carried forward from the previous quarter are expired. The Reward points are initialized to zero in the event of the NetVarsity Rewards program member not logging at the site for 100 or more days.
9. NetVarsity.com has the right to terminate the Rewards Program membership if the users registration status is no longer in good standing, i.e., they have not visited the site for more than 1 year.
10. NetVarsity.com may change or discontinue the NetVarsity Rewards Program, or any part of it, without individual notice or liability, by posting the changes at NetVarsity.com.
