9. Do I get an online certificate after attempting the test?

No awards or certificate are awarded for attempting Online Tests on the site. This service is offered to the users to test their skill sets and assess their performance online.

10. What if in the middle of the test, I encounter an error?

As soon as you complete the online payment purchase process & your transaction/s is validated at the ICICI payment gateway, your Online Course is immediately activated in your LearnDesk.

6. How much time does it take for the Online Course to get activated once I have made the payment through an offline mode i.e. through a Demand Draft/ Cheque?

For payments made through Demand Draft/Cheque, the course is activated in your LearnDesk within 2 hours of receiving the payment at customer service at the above-mentioned address. This will be intimated to you along with the Invoice for the order and instructions for commencing course.

7. Can I purchase a product, if I do not have a Credit card?

Yes, you can purchase a product even if you do not have a credit card. The payment can be made either through cheque or Demand Draft. This facility of Offline payment is open only to the residents of India.

8. I am residing outside India but do not have a Credit Card. How can I buy?

b) Go to Tutorial - This tutorial will introduce you to the functionality of the interface being used for the courses offered at our site.

Once you start accessing the course, a bookmark will get created for you. This is the 3rd option, which you will find on the welcome page of the course. Next time you can resume your eLearning from the bookmark itself.
